Loki

Comments from the foster - Loki is a toasted tabby and such a sweet boy. He has settled into our home very well and thrives on a consistent routine. Most mornings, he enjoys sleeping upstairs in his own quiet space. Later in the day, he'll come downstairs for some love and pets before spending the evening relaxing with everyone. Loki does not like loud noises and will usually hide if things get too noisy. However, once the noise settles down or if you shake the treat jar he'll happily come back out. He is an independent player and loves to zoom around the house during his bursts of energy. His favorite toys are small ones he can bat around and even carry in his mouth. He's also a big fan of hiding in boxes and exploring new spaces. The basement is one of his favorite places to explore. Loki has also coexisted well with our two medium-sized dogs, making him a great candidate for a home with respectful canine companions. Loki is a loving and easygoing cat who enjoys attention but is also perfectly happy entertaining himself. He's fairly quiet and has brought a calm, sweet presence to our home. Every animal is an individual and WHS works hard to make great matches for our animals and adopters.  Some animals may have placement restrictions or requirements established by WHS based on shelter observations and previous home histories.  When meeting with your adoption counselor, they review each animal’s medical, behavior, and placement needs with you to help you find an animal who is compatible with your home environment and your lifestyle.  There are no time limits at WHS, all animals in adoption have as long as it takes to find a new loving home.  Stop in and speak with our adoption counseling team today – we look forward to meeting with you.
