Smokey - Video, Volunteer Pick & Benchwarmer!

This dog is one of the many wonderful animals available for adoption at WHS. Despite their great looks and lovable personality, they have not found a new home yet and have become a benchwarmer. To get them back in the game and into a home, we have reduced their adoption fee. We know they will make a great addition to someone’s family – come meet them today!

Smokey is a volunteer pick! Here is what our volunteer, Carleigh, had to say about him: "Smokey is my volunteer pick because of his high energy and fun personality. He loves a variety of activities, especially ones that engage his brain, and would make a fantastic hiking and explorer buddy!
My favorite adventure with Smokey is playing fetch in the playard and then taking a long walk where he can explore and use his incredible sense of smell. After activity, he loves to relax, cuddle, and show off his favorite squeaky toys-always bringing a smile to my face.
Smokey is smart, knows "sit," and enjoys puzzle toys and enrichment activities that challenge his mind. He's both active and affectionate, with a soft, shiny coat, and is always a joy to spend time with."
