Switchy - Staff Pick & Benchwarmer!

This dog is one of the many wonderful animals available for adoption at WHS. Despite their great looks and lovable personality, they have not found a new home yet and have become a benchwarmer. To get them back in the game and into a home, we have reduced their adoption fee. We know they will make a great addition to someone’s family – come meet them today!

Switchy is Grace's Staff Pick! Switchy is a handsome boy and his beautiful brindle coat makes him that much cuter! He is a very sweet and wiggly baby who only wants love. As soon as he sees you his whole body and tail starts wagging with all his force. Switchy loves going outside for walks, sniffing around, and watching the birds and squirrels. Stuffies are no match for Switchy and he enjoys chewing on hard toys. He can be very cuddly but still has youthful energy and loves to run and play. Switchy loves people and wants nothing more than to come home with you.

Switchy recently went on a field trip with one of our wonderful foster parents! They went to a few different parks to explore and walk. She said he rode well in the car and did well on leash. He was attentive to other dogs so they kept their distance. She said he is very friendly and takes treats so well. Her favorite thing about Switchy: "His loving characteristics! All he wants is to be loved and cared for. He is so curious and willing to learn."
