Genie

Genie is available from a foster home in the Kenosha area.

Meet Genie. This petite girl started out as a stray and is now discovering the joys of being in a home. Watching her learn to play with toys and grow in confidence has been amazing. In our home she's 100% with her litter box and loves both dry and wet food. While still cautious about her surroundings at times, she's become more curious about the other cats in the house. We're slowly doing introductions with our very calm male, and it's been positive. Ideally her next loving home would not have small children as she is still startled by some noises and has thrived in a quiet, stable environment. If you are looking for a sweet, gentle girl that loves to have long conversations and lots of snuggle time, then Genie may be the little lady for you.

If you would like to meet Genie, please contact her foster parent at vlhinke@gmail.com

Please Note

Every animal is an individual and WHS works hard to make great matches for our animals and adopters.  Some animals may have placement restrictions or requirements established by WHS based on shelter observations and previous home histories.  When meeting with your adoption counselor, they review each animal’s medical, behavior, and placement needs with you to help you find an animal who is compatible with your home environment and your lifestyle.  There are no time limits at WHS, all animals in adoption have as long as it takes to find a new loving home.  Stop in and speak with our adoption counseling team today – we look forward to meeting with you.
