This dog is one of the many wonderful animals available for adoption at WHS. Despite their great looks and lovable personality, they have not found a new home yet and have become a benchwarmer. Delaney loves Jasper for his warm heart, soft kisses and his goofy personality. Jasper is a bit shy at first, but really appreciates snuggles in his kennel with some nice, comfy blankets and treats.
