Moo's foster parent says

Meet Moo, a cute cow-patterned cat who's simply adorable. He's a lovey little guy who enjoys cuddling, being close to his people, and curling up wherever you are. Moo even "talks back" with soft, cute meows when you speak to him - which makes him extra charming. Recently, Moo had his back right leg amputated after a fracture, but he's doing wonderfully. He's already moving around confidently, exploring, playing, and adjusting with so much resilience and sweetness. He doesn't even seem to mind his orange slice cone. Moo would bring so much joy to any home lucky enough to have him.
