Here's what Frankie's foster parent has to say:
Frankie is a very low-maintenance, sweet, chill girl. She loves to hang out in her donut and watch Cat TV on YouTube. She is soft like a bunny and her coat is bright white with grey markings on her head. Her eyes are heterochromatic - one is blue and the other is green. She isn't really interested in toys, but does enjoy pets, making biscuits and purrs. She is very quiet and hardly ever meows, but when she does, it's the sweetest little kitten-like sound. She is good with my cat and dog and does not show much interest in them. She eats both wet and dry food and is a "grazer." Frankie has come out of her shell a lot since I started fostering her, and I hope she can continue this trajectory in hernext home. Frankie would do best in a quiet home.
