Hennesey is a sweet, affectionate and chill girl who is rarely not purring or making biscuits. She loves human attention, but like many felines, she has her limits. Even though Hennesey regularly seeks out scritches and pets, she can easily get overstimulated with too much attention, so watching her body language and following her signals is very important to a mutually-successful relationship. 🙂
At our house Hennesey LOVES being brushed, playing a light game of feather wand, watching out the window or just hanging out near her humans. She loves to be touching her people even if it's only with one back paw, and she won't hesitate to crawl up into your lap and go nose-to-nose to get the attention she deserves. All while loudly purring and making adorable little squeaking noises.
Hennesey uses her litterbox like a champ and is a good eater (she currently does well on Purina EN kibble and wet). She has not met our resident cat or dogs, so it's hard to tell if she would be a good candidate for a feline companion. But based on her reaction to crazy canine shenanigans outside her room, she likely would not be a good match for active pups or young human siblings.
