From the Foster Family:
"Meet Tikka, the sweet protector of her family! Living on the streets of Kenosha, she has had to keep predators away from her brother and sister.
Due to this scary beginning, Tikka has mastered the art of the ""scamper."" If something startles her, she will zoom away, but don't let that fool you-her curiosity (and appetite!) always wins. She'll be back in a heartbeat for their two favorite things: Churu treats and the irresistible flutter of a feather wand.
She had taken her job of protector seriously for the last two months but is slowly starting to feel safer around humans. In the past 24 hours, she has shown her brave face and stepped her front two paws on her humans lap to get a lick of treat off those human fingers.
To win this kitten's heart, think high! She feels most confident when she is at or above eye level with her human friends. If she is tucked safely in her cat tree, she will allow pets.
Tikka is a brown/gray tabby with a soft white underbelly complemented by charming white whiskers and and an adorable 'M' on her forehead. At first glance, she may seem timid, running away & giving a little tiny hiss. She takes her time observing the world from a safe distance.
With time, love, and a gentle approach, Tikka will continue to blossom into a brave, affectionate companion. She is looking for a patient loving home that can help her grow and celebrate her small victories
If you're ready to help a kitten bloom, Tikka is waiting for you"
