From his foster family:
– In my home he's house-trained and very affectionate. The squealing and twirling when you come home convinces you that he really missed you.
– He's not destructive, doesn't chew your stuff, and doesn't jump on you in our foster home.
– Although he's a senior dog, when something crosses his radar screen (like a squirrel sighting), he to quickly follow the intruder.
– He loves being petted. His lush, thick, soft fur makes it a pleasure to accommodate him.
– Like most guys, he does have a project: He's determined to figure out how to open the gate so he can romp through the subdivision.

Aren’t sure if they’re the right fit for your team? You can take any benchwarmer dog home for up to 7 days on a tryout! If you fall in love, you can complete adoption paperwork online from home! If it doesn’t work out, you can bring them back, and they’ll have benefited from a shelter break and the “home-court” experience!
