Meet Amiga, a young brindle sweetheart who's has been patiently waiting for someone to adopt her. Shelter life has been stressful for her, but once she's out, she truly shines!
Amiga is affectionate, playful, and loves nothing more than snuggling with her people. She's also happy entertaining herself with toys or a good bone. Her favorite activities include walks, swimming, and carrying as many toys as she can fit in her mouth! She will jump right in a pool or lake to retrieve a stick or toys!
She's a gentle leash walker (unless a squirrel catches her eye!), knows her basic commands, enjoys car rides, and is crate-trained. During a recent 10-day shelter break, she also proved trustworthy left out for short periods with no accidents or destructive behavior.
