"Meet Irie
"Irie is a small, round, fluffy little guy who looks more like a plush toy than a real animal. With his round cheeks and a perfectly placed beauty mark on his nose, he's adorable in a way that sneaks up on you.
Irie is not a "best friends on day one" kind of cat. He needs time – at least a couple of weeks – to begin trusting new people. But once Irie decides you're safe, things start to change. He becomes affectionate, insistent even – coming up to you for pets with surprising determination, as if making up for lost time. He'll ask for pets, give you kisses, settle beside you, and quietly keep you company (he's also an excellent TV-watching partner).
Irie has a playful side too. He loves chasing toys, throwing his whole little body into the role of "fierce hunter," which is both impressive and a little hilarious to watch.
Irie will require patience and consistency to give him love he is so obviously craving. He's not the cat for instant gratification. But for the person who gives him time, the payoff is real: an affectionate companion who wants to love and be loved."
