Katniss has been selected to participate in one of our WHS-hosted birthday parties that emphasize the importance of treating animals with respect and kindness. The Wisconsin Humane Society offers birthday party packages for children ages 6-12. All packages include a party host, customized invitations, cake, juice, decorations, a tour of the shelter, and interactions with adoptable animals. Pizza parties and T-shirts are available upon request. Parties are offered Saturdays at our Milwaukee, Racine, and Ozaukee Campuses and are subject to availability. All proceeds benefit the animals!
We've made Katniss "On Deck" so that she can meet with potential families during our regular operating hours. Adopters can place her on an adoption hold; however, she can't leave the building until her important birthday party work is done on Saturday. Ruby is changing the lives of young kids; won't you change Katniss' life?
