Eowyn spent some time with one of our foster parents and here's what they had to say:
Eowyn was an absolute joy to spend time with on our field trip. We took a very wet and rainy walk along the lakefront, and she didn't let the weather dampen her spirits one bit. Her tail wagged the entire time – she was just so happy to be out exploring. When I first picked her up, she was excited and jumped up to get attention, but it was totally manageable. She didn't jump up once during our walk. She is strong and does pull at the beginning, but she settles in and walks nicely on leash. Eowyn loves to sniff, explore, and loves the water. She even found a beat-up Nerf football on the beach and proudly carried it along for most of our walk. Toys seem to be her thing! She knows "sit," responds to her name and absolutely loves treats. She rode great in the car, hopped right in, and rested her head on my arm the whole way. Eowyn is a sweet, affectionate girl who was easy to hang out with and truly a pleasure to spend time with.
