From the foster family:
Meet Olivia, a 9-year-old tortoiseshell icon who's ready to trade foster life for her forever home. She's gentle. She's affectionate. She's basically a love letter in cat form. This beautiful girl is one of the sweetest fosters we've ever had, and her purr motor is the proof. Seriously, it doesn't stop. Belly rubs? Purring. Brushing? Purring. Walking past her? You guessed it… purring. Olivia lives for pets and affection of any kind, and she'll happily accept all you're willing to give (and then politely request more with a sweet little quack of a meow). When she's not soaking up love, she's tuned in to her favorite show: cat TV, where she watches the birds and squirrels with quiet fascination. Olivia is fully in her soft girl era and has curated her vibe accordingly. She is looking for her person (or people) and a sunny spot to call her own. She would thrive in a quiet, calm household where she can relax and enjoy the slow, luxurious life of relaxation she so deeply deserves. Her sweet nature makes her a soothing presence, and her gentle charm is sure to win you over.

5 reasons to adopt an adult/senior pet (like Olivia!):
1. They'll help you slow down. We live in a busy world, and a cat like Olivia is here to remind you that rest can be a love language.
2. They are independent and know their manners. Since she's learned the ropes already, Olivia will remain perfectly content without supervision while you work from home or go out and about.
3. You'll know what to expect. The personalities of adult animals are fully formed. That doesn't mean adult cats can't learn; in fact, they can be amazingly adaptive.
4. They'll be forever grateful. It can be more difficult for some pets than others to adjust to losing their homes, and adult/senior pets know what they're missing when they end up in a shelter. All Olivia needs to know is that she's safe and cared for again, and she'll love you forever.
5. You're helping an animal in need. All animals in shelters need loving homes, but the demand is particularly high for adults/seniors. Deciding to help a cat like Olivia means you're helping an animal in need, all while enjoying the many perks that come with bringing an older pet into your home."
