    Bringing your dog? To help keep everyone safe, all dogs must be friendly, well-behaved, and up to date on vaccinations. A participation waiver will be required for anyone bringing a dog to the event.

    On Sunday, August 23, enjoy Bark in the Park at Heritage Hill! Bring your four-legged friend for a tail-wagging day of fun featuring dog-friendly activities, vendor booths, photo ops, and plenty of space to explore our historic grounds together. Whether your pup is a history buff or just loves an adventure, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Best of all, your attendance helps support Heritage Hill’s mission of preserving history and inspiring future generations. The event is free, but donations are always appreciated. A portion of all cash donations made during the event will support the Wisconsin Humane Society!

    Grab your leash and join us for a paw-some afternoon at Heritage Hill!

    Event Highlights: 

    • Meet & Greet with Sammy, the furry face of Bark in the Park! 
    • Find Sammy Scavenger Hunt   
    • Create a paw print keepsake at the Print Shop 
    • Strike a pose at our photo op with professional photographer – Donations appreciated 
    • First 100 dogs in the door will receive a commemorative souvenir 
    • Food will be available to purchase from JDogz food truck along with drinks from the Heritage Hill bar
    • Free fastest dog contest running all evening! 
    • Sign up with an entry fee to compete with your dog in the following contests: cutest dog, ugliest dog, pie eating and costume contest!

    Test your skills while helping the animals! For a $10 donation, the students and instructors at Sorce Martial Arts will teach you how to break a board! It’s a fun, hands-on challenge that’s perfect for all ages.

    A portion of the proceeds will support WHS. Donations can be made by cash or check (made out to Sorce Martial Arts).
