Fonzi

Fonzi got to enjoy a brief field trip with a foster family, and here's what they had to say about him: "Fonzi was such a good boy for our short field trip! He seemed to enjoy the car ride, and even seems like he might be potty-trained! He only went potty outside and whined to let me know when he needed to go out again. He also knows sit and shake! He takes treats gently, and loved playing with a few fluffy toys. He pulls slightly on his leash when we walked outside, but only because he's very curious and excited to explore his surroundings. When meeting my dog through a baby gate, they sniffed and he wagged his tail and did play bows. We did have a short cuddle too where he plopped in my lap on the couch. He seems like a very good boy. He got a pup cup on his way back."

Please Note

Every animal is an individual and WHS works hard to make great matches for our animals and adopters.  Some animals may have placement restrictions or requirements established by WHS based on shelter observations and previous home histories.  When meeting with your adoption counselor, they review each animal’s medical, behavior, and placement needs with you to help you find an animal who is compatible with your home environment and your lifestyle.  There are no time limits at WHS, all animals in adoption have as long as it takes to find a new loving home.  Stop in and speak with our adoption counseling team today – we look forward to meeting with you.
