Why the animal is being rehomed: He is lonely on his own as he lost his mate in the spring. He needs someone who can spend more time with him or get him another bunny partner. I don't want to get another rabbit and I am unable to give him the time he needs to not be lonely.
What are your two favorite things about Hopkins ? Hopkins has a great personality and is very affectionate.
How long have you had Hopkins ? I got Hopkins a little over 2 years ago.
Where did you get Hopkins ? Humane Society
Has Hopkins ever bitten someone? No
What, if any, medical or behavioral concerns does Hopkins have? He has very long fur and if he is not brushed regularly then he can go into GI status because he eats to much fur.
Has Hopkins lived with other animals? Yes
If yes to the above, which animals has Hopkins lived with? Hopkins had a bunny mate that shared an enclosure with him. He has also lived with dogs and cats.
Has Hopkins actively fought with other animals in the home? No
If yes to the above, please explain the circumstances: He did nip a cat on the nose when it was chasing him.
Does/did Hopkins hide from other animals in the home? No
How does Hopkins interact with animals outside of the home? Hopkins is not really afraid of other animals. I have taken him lots of places in a purse shaped animal carrier when he ran into lots of animals.

What should the next family should know about Hopkins : Hopkins loves to come out of his enclosure and run around the house. He is litter trained and loves to eat treats. He will come with his enclosure, all the food I have and vitamins. I would prefer Hopkins go to a home that has rabbit experience and I will ask about where you intend to take him to the vet.
