Why the animal is being rehomed: Our apartment turned out to be too small for Jerry. He would be much happier in a larger home with room to run and explore. We just want him to have the best life possible.

What should the next family should know about Jerry: There isn't much in-between with Jerry. He is extremely cuddly when he wants to be, and extremely playful when he feels like playing. That's one of the reasons why we think a bigger home would be best for Jerry. Some more space to explore and I think he would be able to relax a bit more. Jerry can play pretty rough. He will let you know it's playtime by swiping your ankles and running away to get your attention. His energy is always in a playful matter, though. He never shows signs of anger. Jerry likes to dig through soil and uproot plants. It's just something fun for him to do when he is alone. A bigger house with rooms to explore might distract him from the plants. He is not a big scratcher, but having a designated scratching object would be nice for him to stretch out. If you love to cuddle and if you REALLY love to play, then there is no better cat than Jerry.
