Sweetie

Sweetie Animal Is Rehomed!

Age: 4 years
Species: cat
Gender: Female
Breed: Mixed Tabby
Animal Weight: 15
Animal Color: Black/Brown/White
Rehoming Fee: 0.00
My two favorite things about Sweetie: She’s a real cuddle buddy. Whenever she hears her name she comes running to where you are just talking away the entire time. She loves to just lay on my chest & pur like crazy head butting me until I pet her..the second that I stop though she’s right back to letting me know she’s still there and the petting was still required lol. At night she likes to sleep with our other cat and snuggle up to him in their bed which is in my sons room. She’s just an overall lover to say the least and loves attention but don’t let that discourage you she has no issue being alone during the day but when your home it’s all about you! She’s doesn’t fancy her canine companion so when she goes around her she just goes to a different spot where she’s not bothered. She’s never attacked my dog only hisses telling her to back off which my dog does after many attempts to initiate play.

Is Sweetie spayed or neutered? yes
Is Sweetie up to date on vaccinations? yes
Why the animal is being rehomed: Due to unexpected medical issues I can no longer provide the financial stability to afford keeping her. Sadly she has food & skin dermatitis (redness/itching/hot spots) which requires monthly medication which I have not been able to get. She also requires a specific brand of food (4 Health Brand) otherwise she becomes itchy resulting with in her constantly licking her skin that turn into raw hot spots. I had her declawed for medical reasons front & back only because she was using her claws to scratch these areas leaving spots with no fur and large skin sores. When given her medication & specific food she DOES NOT have these issues as I stated above. I do have another cat which she gets along great with however my other cat has no medical issues requiring more money & time. I have 2 school aged children one of them having Autism which is another large expense to say the least so you can imagine having a cat with “special needs” is unfortunately one less thing to provide for financially.
