Is Zoe spayed or neutered? yes
Is Zoe up to date on vaccinations? no
Why the animal is being rehomed: Zoe has been with me since she was a puppy. I adopted her when I was 18 years old and single. Over the last 10 years I've gotten married and had 3 children. My husband and I both work full time jobs and are very busy with the kids. We simply don't have the time to spend with her that is required in her elder years. She has also gotten very impatient with our children in the past year.

What, if any, medical or behavioral concerns does Zoe have? Zoe does have a moderate sized lipoma behind her front right paw. We've been told by our veterinarian that it is likely benign, but could eventually affect her ability to use her leg if it gets larger. Zoe needs updated vaccinations. Zoe also has been prone to frequent UTI's due to a skin condition the veterinarian believes could be from an allergic reaction from chicken and chicken bi-products in dog food.

What should the next family should know about Zoe: Zoe is an older animal that requires medical attention. We believe she will be best in a home that has the time and finances to support her needs. Preferably someone should be home almost all the time, as she requires frequent bathrooms breaks or she will urinate in the house.
