Why the animal is being rehomed: I am moving in with my Fiance and she has 1 dog and 3 cats. One of the cats is territorial and will spray the house.

What, if any, medical or behavioral concerns does Pip (Must be adopted with Ollie) have? Pip sometimes goes to the bathroom with his butt up. I purchased a litter box with a top. Him and Ollie use this just fine.
