Here is the foster parents description of Flash "Hi,My name is Flash. I am a timid little guy but My Foster Mom says, I am one of the sweetest and most loveable pooch She has come across.
While in foster care, I have learned to go through door thresholds and go up stairs. I am still afraid to go down stairs but that is ok. I am so tiny, that I can be carried down.
I have also learned what go in the house means and to get on the bed. That is where I sleep all the time.
I hoping to find a quiet home that is low energy and hopefully a home with other little dogs, to help build My confidence.
