Adoption Teammate - Racine
As an Adoption Teammate volunteer, you will provide support to our Adoption Counseling Team by assisting with a variety of duties. This position is for individuals interested in first learning everything it takes behind the scenes to keep our animals moving in and out of adoption, and then eventually moving up to working with the public and assisting potential adopters. Our goal is to increase successful adoptions. Your help will enable our Adoption Counselors to provide more one on one contact with each potential adopter to ensure a successful match, and increase adoptions. Duties include explaining adoption packets to adopters, greeting clients as they come into the shelter, walking clients through the shelter, selling merchandise, and other miscellaneous duties that will be assigned. Must be 18 years and older.
