Our furry friends never cease to entertain us with their antics! They add so much to our lives and rely on us for their care and well-being. The goal of Animal Antics is to offer products that are safe, unique, high quality and help to make the animals in your life happy and healthy. We hope that your purchase will increase the bond you already have with your animals. If you are ever unsatisfied with any of the items you've received, be assured that we will be happy to work with you in any way we can to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event you would need to return or exchange an item, please call 414-431-6105 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization. Upon return of the product we will issue a full credit for the total of items returned, but cannot refund the original shipping charges. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order.
Our policies for returns are as follows:
- Unused products: Within the 15 day return period, you may return unused products for a full refund. Items must be returned in the original undamaged packaging. Purchasers are responsible for shipping costs back to our store. We will refund your total, entire purchase price--no deductions will be made for restocking.
- Used products: We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are missing the original packaging.
Returns must include the original receipt, no exceptions.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within one day of placing the order. Cancellations must be made by telephone to 414-431-6222 or via e-mail.
We ship items via the United States Postal Service. We make every effort to ship orders in a timely fashion. Items will generally be shipped within 24 hours of your order. Your order may be divided into multiple shipments, but this will not impact the shipping cost. Shipping costs are based on real time estimates provided by the United States Postal Service.
Orders outside the US will incur an additional shipping charge. For orders outside the United States, please call 414-431-6105 so we can determine appropriate shipping processes and costs.
Pick Up Only Items
Some items in our Shop Section are listed as “Pick Up Only” items.
We will hold these items for 3 weeks from the order date and if they are not picked up within this time frame they will be returned to our general inventory.
If you come to pick up the items after this time we will honor your order as long as the items are in stock.
If they are not in stock we will order them for you and give you a new Pick Up date.
In the event that you select an item that is on backorder, we will contact you immediately. At that time, you will be given the option of waiting for the product to come into stock (usually a maximum of two weeks) or cancelling the backordered items, which will refund the amount on your credit card.
We will collect 5.6% sales tax for residents of Wisconsin only.
The policy at the Wisconsin Humane Society is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. The only personal information we collect is supplied directly by you to place an order. The information is used solely to process your request. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
The page on which you enter your credit card is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the standard for secure Internet transasctions. To verify security, you should be able to see a picture of a small lock in the lower right hand corner of your browser screen.

We currently do not offer a printed catalog. We do add new products frequently and hope you'll check our web-site often, or stop in anytime that you're in the neighborhood!
