A Cornucopia of Kittens!

MILWAUKEE - Kitten fees have been reduced by 50% at the Wisconsin Humane Society, now through November 30, 2009.

The regular adoption fee for kittens five months and younger is $150.00, the fee for kittens over five months to one year is $100.00; and as always, the adoption fee for an adult cat over one year of age is waived.  All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and go home with a certificate for a free veterinary exam and 30 days of pet health insurance.

In hopes of placing 800 animals in homes this month in conjunction with the Ozaukee Humane Society, every adopter will not only take home a wonderful new companion, but a great prize, as well.  All adopters (dogs, cats, small animals) have the chance to win discounts in the WHS retail store, free Behavior Seminars, to special animal treat bags. Four lucky people each week will win the grand prize of a totally waived adoption fee. Every adopter wins something!

WHS will also be posting pictures of every adoption online at www.wihumane.org. View these adorable pictures through the month of November and share with friends.

For a complete listing of the available animals at the Wisconsin Humane Society, please call (414) ANIMALS or visit www.wihumane.org. The website is updated every 30 minutes.
