Wisconsin Humane Society Hosts Blood Drive

MILWAUKEE - The Wisconsin Humane Society and the Blood Center of Wisconsin are teaming up to help save lives - animal and human!

Get the chance to save more than one life by visiting the Wisconsin Humane Society on Friday, September 10, 2010, 2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. While at the shelter, blood donors are also invited to meet animals who are seeking new homes. Blood donors must be 18 years or older, 16 with parental consent, weigh at least 110 pounds, and have a photo ID. All donors will receive their choice of either a 20% discount on an adoption or a 10% discount in our Animal Antics retail store.

Where: Wisconsin Humane Society, 4500 W. Wisconsin Ave.
When: Friday, September 10, 2010
Time: 2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

The Blood Center will provide donors with juice and cookies. The Wisconsin Humane Society will provide wagging tails and wet noses.
