Dear Santa: Please Bring me a Home for the Holidays

MILWAUKEE – Spread the news! The Wisconsin Humane Society is hoping to place hundreds of homeless animals into loving homes in December. What better way to express the spirit and compassion of the holiday season than by helping an animal find a home? Is your family looking to add a furry family member? It’s the perfect time of year with the Wisconsin Humane Society’s “Home for the Holidays” special promotion.

With every adoption, WHS is offering prizes ranging from great adoption fee discounts to a totally waived adoption fee. Every adopter will have a chance to draw a special prize from Santa’s hat. Although fees for adult cats are already waived, individuals adopting these experienced cats can draw for a prize, too. Those prizes range from gift certificates for the Animal Antics store to generous cat kits with all sorts of goodies for their new companion.

Help us reach our goal of finding homes for 800 animals this month! Whether you’d rather cuddle with a bunny or bond with a new jogging partner, you will find lifelong companionship at the Wisconsin Humane Society. This special promotion begins Saturday, December 1 and runs through Sunday, December 30, 2007, so make sure to leave some room in your sleigh.
