CALENDAR OF EVENTS LISTING

MILWAUKEE – You hope your companion animal never needs to be administered first aid. But in the event that he or she becomes sick or experiences a medical trauma, it's important to be prepared. A Pet First Aid Seminar will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2006 from 1 – 3 p.m. at the Wisconsin Humane Society, 4500 W. Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee. Presented by Dr. Ron Beatty, DVM, instruction will cover CPR, recognizing and treating shock, seizures, poisoning, heatstroke, hypothermia and other common conditions affecting companion animals.
