It's a Bunny Bonanza!

MILWAUKEE – Calling all animal lovers, particularly rabbit fans! The Wisconsin Humane Society has partnered with First Stage Children's Theater to celebrate animals. During the month of October, anyone who adopts a rabbit at WHS will receive one free ticket to see Bunnicula at the Children's Theater, which will run October 13 through November 12, 2006.

Bunnicula is an animal-focused performance about a dog and cat living with a new family member – a rabbit. The cat feels that something is just not right about the rabbit and thinks the small animal is a vampire, hence the name of the performance Bunnicula. The fearless feline believes it is up to him and his canine friend to save the family from the long-eared, fluffy-tailed “monster.”
