Cy Has His Sights on YOU!

MILWAUKEE ? Eight-year-old Cy still has many active years ahead of him. Most Labrador Retrievers love to run enthusiastically and will eagerly participate in playtime, and Cy is no exception. However, what makes Cy unique is that he only has one eye.

When he arrived at the Wisconsin Humane Society, staff veterinarians determined an old injury destroyed the eye, but it is anyone's guess as to how Cy injured his eye.

While many may think Cy's life is full of challenges and he is prohibited from being an active pooch, this could be further from the truth. The moment anyone meets Cy, it is obvious the lack of an eye doesn't slow him down. In fact, Cy continues to be a busy bee and is full of life and happiness.

In just a few short days, Cy will become available for adoption. Cy's ideal adopter is one who understands that Cy is as active and healthy as any Labrador/Retriever with two eyes.

For more information about Cy, please call the Wisconsin Humane Society at (414) ANIMALS.  Additional information about the Wisconsin Humane Society can be obtained by visiting www.wihumane.org.
