World’s Largest Indoor Cornhole Competition to be held at Pettit Ice Center
Brew City Bags Bash will Benefit Local Milwaukee Charities
Milwaukee – Cornhole isn’t just fun to say, it’s fun to play. Plus, you can help raise funds for charity by playing Cornhole at the Pettit National Ice Center’s Brew City Bags Bash Tournament on April 16–18, 2010.
This event will be Milwaukee’s first ACO-sanctioned Cornhole Tournament and the World’s Largest Indoor Cornhole Tournament.
Cornhole (aka Bean Bag toss), is a game in which players take turns pitching small bags filled with corn, beans or sand at a raised platform with a hole in it. If the bag goes into the hole, the player scores 3 points, while a bag on the platform scores 1 point. Play continues until a player reaches the score of 21.
The Wisconsin Humane Society is one of three charity organizations receiving proceeds from the Charity Tournament on Sunday, April 18 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Teams of four can register online for this fun-filled event or by using this form. The registration deadline for this event is April 10, 2010.
