Wildlife Rehabilitator

The Wisconsin Humane Society is searching for a consistent, accurate individual who works well under pressure to join the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. Maintain animal intake and care protocols, including examination and first aid; maintain high standards for cleanliness and sanitation in wildlife center; assist in the training of volunteers and interns and assist our diverse clientele both in person and over the phone in various ways, including humane education about wildlife issues. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented, well organized and a team player. Must be available on evenings, weekends and some holidays. Must have formal animal care experience. Either a related college degree, Veterinary Technician certificate or equivalent wildlife handling experience is required.
