Animal Antics Retail Supervisor

Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, results-driven professional is needed to join the Wisconsin Humane Society full time as a Retail Supervisor operating the Animal Antics retail store. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring and controlling inventory levels and sales activity
• Evaluating and maximizing in-store merchandising and displays
• Developing marketing plans and promotions
• Managing retail finances
• Providing excellent customer service
• Monitoring monthly sales and developing staff incentive sales programs
• Expanding our on-line retail sales

The Retail Supervisor is also in charge of scheduling volunteers and providing ongoing retail training to volunteers and Adoption staff. College degree or equivalent retail management experience required. Retail experience is preferred and excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.

Candidates must be able to routinely lift and carry up to 35lbs.  Candidates must be committed to treating animals with respect and kindness.
