Maury thinks he should fill the position of Presidential Canine-Elect. He is a four-year-old Maltese who is excited to find his home for the holidays. This handsome little man weighs only eight pounds, but has plenty of energy to run laps around the White House lawn. This gorgeous guy dreams of eating doggie snacks in the family dining room and running up and down the grand staircase.

The Maltese breed is said to be a time-honored companion dog. This lovable fellow is sure to be a best pal for children like Malia and Sasha; of course, he’ll be a great buddy to Mr. and Mrs. Obama, too!
